There are live now 15 volunteers from various countries - Germany, USA, Swiss, England and Russia. The village makes it's living by subsistence farming. It takes months to reveal the capacities of the mentally challenged and find good use of them in the village. It can also take years to teach these people their jobs. Do the final results worth the very hard work of the volunteers? And what are the final results? But for the volunteers the outcome is in the smile of these people and in the quality of life they would never been able to get outside this village.
